    Activation Criteria

    A referral is considered activated once the management agreement is signed and the property's first month's rent or management fee has been received.

    Payouts

    • Long-Term Rentals (LTR):
  3. Short-Term / Mid-Term Rentals (STR / MTR): $500, paid within 7 days after the first month's management fee is collected.

    4. Eligibility

    Applies only to new clients not currently under PeachHaus management.

    No Cap

    No limit to referrals or total rewards. The more you refer, the more you earn.

    Program Integrity

    Referrals must be submitted before the client signs a management agreement.
